Its initial goal was to assist users in locating classmates and colleagues from kindergarten, primary school, high school, college, workplaces, and the United States military. Classmates.com experienced a data breach in September 2016 that affected 2.3 million members. Emails, first names, last names, and addresses were all compromised.
