In November 2019, a data breach occurred at Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB), exposing the personal information of two million accounts on a hacking forum. The leaked data included sensitive details such as users' names, ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses, birth dates, emails, and occupations. Initially posted on a lesser-known forum, the data was later shared on Raidforums, a website known for trading stolen data.
